These terms govern your use of the VenueDesk mobile application. By installing or using VenueDesk, you agree to these terms.

VenueDesk offers a 14-day free trial with full access to its features. After the trial period ends, your existing data remains available but the app switches to view-only until you activate a paid plan.

A paid VenueDesk license is linked to the device it is activated on. Moving to a new phone requires transferring or re-activating your license — please contact us for help with this.

VenueDesk is provided as a simple business management tool for small and medium event venues. It is not intended as accounting, legal, or tax advice, and does not guarantee outcomes for your business.
