VenueDesk is designed as an offline-first application. The business data you enter — customers, enquiries, bookings, payments, and related records — is stored locally on your device and is not required to pass through our servers for the app to function.

Internet connectivity is only used for optional actions you choose to take, such as sharing a quotation, receipt, or backup file through another app (for example WhatsApp), and for contacting our support team.

Because your data lives on your device, you are responsible for taking regular backups using the in-app Backup & Restore feature, especially before switching to a new phone or if your device is lost or damaged.
